To place an order at www.estudiobulhufas.com you must select the products you wish to purchase and their quantities and add them to the basket. To conclude your order you must access the basket icon on the top right corner of the webpage for checkout and register your personal and payment details.
bulhufas accepts payments through Bank Transfer or PayPal, an online payment service that allows you to send money online with an e-mail address. With your PayPal account, you can send money directly from your bank account or choose a credit card. When you proceed to payment with PayPal, you can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard or with your own Bank Account. When using PayPal to shop at www.estudiobulhufas.com, bulhufas reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account as well as to verify if there are enough funds to complete your purchase. bulhufas reserves the right to deny any purchase.
Our prices, as stated on our website, are in Euros (€) and VAT Free. bulhufas reserves the right to change the prices at any time. If you are from outside the European Union, VAT is not applied. Please note that depending on the country the order is shipping to, extra import duties, customs and local sales taxes may apply. These charges are beyond bulhufas control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.
To place a customized order, you should contact us directly. You will be asked to pay a deposite of 50% of the service price in order to advance with the order. Note that we will only start producing your order after the proof of payment has been shown. The other 50% should be paid at collection. In case your order should be shipped to you, the shipping will only proceed only after the total amount of the service price as been paid. Shipping is not included in the price, unless stated otherwise.
bulhufas ships twice a week from Portugal, with no exact days of the week, depending on the orders. If you are in a hurry to receive our products and you are not sure about the timeline of shipping and delivery, please contact us to email@example.com prior to placing your order, in order to see the best solution we can offer you.
If you are from the European Union, Standard deliveries take up to 4-5 business days and the Express deliveries take up to 3 business days, for packages with the maximum of 2 Kg.
If you are from the USA, Canada or any Asian country, Standard Deliveries can take up to 7 business days and Express Deliveries can take up to 5 business days, for packages with the maximum of 2 Kg.
If you are from Australia, New Zealand or any other country, Standard Deliveries can take up to 15 days, and Express Deliveries can take up to 7 business days, for packages with the maximum of 2 Kg.
Note that the previews delivery days are merely indicative.
Deliveries to Spain have a special price which differs to the general price for European deliveries, due to special agreement between Portuguese and Spanish authorities.
Note that only Express deliveries will have tracking code, and the service might not be available for every country.
Depending on the part of the world you are from, delivery usually takes about one to seven business days. bulhufas shall not be responsible for occasional delays in situations like peak periods or unexpected events. If for any reason you didn’t received your order in a 30 days period, please contact us. bulhufas will not be held responsible if the package gets restrained in customs, causing delays or the payment of extra taxes.
Before you place your order, you will be informed about delivery details. Standard or Express delivery prices can be found at the Checkout page. Available delivery service may vary from country to country. Assuming that you gave us the right e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your delivery details.
From the moment the order leaves our facilities, bulhufas cannot be responsible for stolen or delayed packages.
Please be sure to insert the right billing and shipping address. We can only be responsible for shipping and handling charges on items that were sent incorrectly by bulhufas’s own mistake. We are not able to resend your items to you. Eventually, if the item comes back to bulhufas, you must pay the shipping charges again in order to receive the items as bulhufas is not obliged to refund the shipping fees. We strongly advise you to check your information when processing with your order.
For customized orders, shipping is not included in the price, unless stated otherwise.
bulhufas will offer you a refund or an exchange in case of damage of the product during transportation, excluding shipping costs, upon proof that the damage occurred during transportation. We will accept your request within 8 days of the reception date of the product and consequently file a complaint with our carrier which will provide you a solution in a 90 days window.
For refunds on Workshop registrations, we will accept your request if you place your request no later than 5 days (120 hours) to the start of the workshop, and only if the stop if filled by another student.
In case of an inaccurate delivery, a delivery of wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity, bulhufas corrects the delivery on his own costs.

If your order got lost on the way, please let us know as soon as possible and we will file a complaint with our carrier and provide you a solution in a 90 days window.
