who we are
Bulhufas is a Lisbon based studio, specialized in bookbinding, editorial design projects, handmade books, and stationery. Our unique handmade books are made from scratch using all kinds of manual techniques and sustainable materials. Run by Leticia Burkardt and Tiago Casanova, both graduated in architecture, all products and designs are influenced by their background, either by the preference for geometric and spatial patterns or by the architecture and structure behind the construction of each book, always dedicating a profound attention to details.
We offer a wide range of services such as stationary products, personalized wedding books, albums and boxes, and customized book projects from layout to printing supervision, assembly, and binding.
